AJS’ General Availability:

Over email and phone, Monday thru Friday and on weekends, regular daytime into early evening hours, but pacific and international time zones can be accommodated.

AJS’ Rights and Credits:

Will never hold any rights whatsoever to your project.
Requests receiving the respective Union Consulting or Screenplay Critique Notes and/or Thank You credit in the Final Cut, on the Imdb.com project page, and on social media via Facebook and/or Instagram.

Signatures/Signatory/Signing:

AJS will never be the project’s Union signatory producer or the producer’s appointed/authorized signer.

Confidentiality:

Standards for upholding confidentiality of private and sentitive information will be adhered to with best efforts of not being made public, but of course communicating certain information regarding the project and production details will be necessary for Union Consulting Services to be completed (between myself, production, and the Union).

Disclaimers:

Despite best efforts of experience and expertise, AJS cannot promise or guarantee any determination that is within the Union’s discretion, or whether a project/script is accepted to festivals, and/or for awards recognition, etc.
Fees for Union Consulting and Screenplay Critique services are all under the determination of AJS Entertainment Services LLC.

Agreements for AJS Entertainment Services LLC:

A Services Agreement stating agreed upon terms & conditions for the respectively engaged service(s), and compensation will be provided to you after we have had an initial conversation to discuss the project’s details.
